Pool Rules

• Pool hours are 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
• Pool use is for residents/guests of Mt Royall and Harrington Place.
• There is no life guard on duty so swim at your own risk. Never swim alone.
• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and properly supervised at all times. Individuals supervising children must be able to swim.
• No glass or breakable containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
• No smoking is permitted in the pool area.
• No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, legal or not , is allowed in the pool area.
• No running or horseplay is permitted in the pool area.
• No loud music or abusive language is allowed in the pool area.
• No person with bandages or a contagious infection is allowed in the pool area.
• No large flotation devices are allowed in the pool area.
• No animals or pets are allowed in the pool area.
• Children wearing diapers must wear special swim diapers in the pool.
• No diving is allowed.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. ALSO ENSURE THAT ALL TABLES, CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS ARE CLOSED WHEN LEAVING THE POOL AREA, UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE IS USING THEM AT THE TIME.

THIS IS YOUR POOL. PLEASE HELP TAKE CARE OF IT. IF YOU SEE ANYONE ABUSING IT, PLEASE LET A BOARD MEMBER, POOL COMMITTEE MEMBER OR THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY KNOW. INDIVIDUALS WILL BE BANNED FROM THE POOL, IF WE FEEL IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OTHER RESIDENTS/GUESTS.
