This is an un-official report of the meeting held at 10:00 AM the pool.
Susan Boykin, Board Member, described her efforts to increase Home Owner Pride in the neighborhood.
Her efforts included, Yard of the Month Program, Best Decorated Home for Halloween and Christmas, and Entrance Decoration for the Holidays.
She is also working on ensuring that Garbage Bins are returned after collection to a shielded area., and that homes are kept Power Washed.
Ron Byrd, new Board Member, spoke of the need to conform to the Covenants and Restrictions.
The name of the Committee is Architectural Control Committee, ACC, not Architectural Control Board, ARB,as it was previously called.
Any additions or changes to a property must be approved by the ACC prior to being made.
Corner Lot fences were discussed.
Any problems noticed should be referred to the Management Company
.
Jon Henrickson ,Board Member spoke of the Covenants and Restrictions, problems with parking on the streets and driveways.
Some of this years accomplishments are Pool Cameras to reduce vandalism, Pool cleaning and furniture.
Complaints about City Regulation violations should be referred to

Courtenay Brack, introduced herself as the new Property Manager.
She will be monitoring the area for problems and contacting the responsible persons to have them corrected.
Courtenay is collecting E-Mail addresses form as many homeowners as possible so that most information can be distributed by E-Mail to reduce costs.
Lynn Veatch President.
Lynn presented the 2009 budget , stating that due to rising costs the annual fees will be increased by 5% and also the Grand Oaks fee will be collected by MRHP this year.
Our fees are generally lower than comparable neighborhoods in the area.
The meeting adjourned at about 11:00 AM.
