April finances were reviewed and approved. Monthly operating expenses average to $7,000 a month.

Outstanding 2010 HOA fees total $9,411.12. C. Brack, Property Manager, continues to contact homeowners in efforts to collect payment. Several small claims court judgements have already been awarded.

Weekly neighborhood inspections continue to ensure adherence to covenants and restrictions. Most common areas that need attention are lawn maintenance, pressure washing, and backyard debris, especially visible with pond lots.

ACC Committee remains busy with fence requests, landscaping improvements.

Entry landscape lights will be ordered and replaced. Longer lasting bulbs will be installed upon receipt. Bids are out for turf maintenance at the entry islands.

Pool fence post that was vandalized has been repaired. Door frames at pool have been painted, mildew removed at security room door. Pool furniture has been set up.

DHEC inspection of pool was done on 4/28/10. Resurfacing is not needed at this time. Tiles on deck need to be redone to indicate depth.

Higher wattage bulbs were installed in pool bathrooms. Electric hand sanitizers and hand towel dispensers were placed in both pool bathrooms.

Several pool loungers need to be replaced. Board members will investigate costs and report back to C. Brack.

Basketball hoop at pool will be removed in hopes this will decrease vandalism in the area. R. Bunch, newly elected board member, will follow up for removal. Board will continue to explore options to donate hoop to a community or playground.
