Mount Royall / Harrington Place While technically separate, the 252 homes in these two neighborhoods are considered one community. Generally, homes on Bent Hickory Road, Tyron Circle, a portion of Ivy Circle, Summerfield Court and Mockingbird Lane are in Mount Royall. Homes in Harrington Place are on streets named after indigenous South Carolina vegetation, including Blue Jasmine Lane, Walnut Creek Road, Ivy Circle, Pine Terrace, Monarch Court and Maple Oak Lane.

The homes in this community are all three or four bedroom single family dwellings built between 2002 and 2004.

Amenities offered to homeowners in this community include a pool, fenced toddler play area, community basketball court, 5 scenic retaining ponds with local waterfowl.

Maintenance of the value, character and integrity of the community is provided by an active homeowner’s association (HOA) through a codified set of covenants and restrictions.
